As an Engineering Recruiter, you’ll be at the heart of our Talent Acquisition team, sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-notch engineers and scientific professionals. Your role is key in building the future of innovation by matching skilled talent with the right projects.
Your Mission:- Full-Cycle Recruitment – Own the entire hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Talent Sourcing – Use creative strategies to find and attract top engineering professionals.
- Engagement & Relationship Building – Develop strong connections with candidates and keep talent pipelines warm.
- Collaboration – Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure the perfect match.
- Candidate Experience – Deliver a smooth, transparent, and engaging recruitment process.
- Dutch speaker – A must for this role!
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment – Preferably in engineering or scientific fields.
- Passion for recruitment – You love the challenge of finding and placing top talent.
- A proactive mindset – You take ownership, follow up with candidates and stakeholders, and always look for ways to improve.
- Team spirit & adaptability – You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with colleagues.
- Willingness to work from our office in Dilbeek – Being mobile and available for on-site collaboration is a must.
