This position is a fixed‑term role designed to temporarily cover for our C&B Executive who will be on maternity leave. Career development paths will be discussed based on performance and business needs.
Job Summary
C&B Executive (Contractor) will support daily HR operations and payroll activities for our strategic client, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely service delivery. This role requires a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end‑to‑end onboarding and offboarding procedures.
Support business trip arrangements and expense reimbursement.
Check attendance & payroll, and reconcile payroll data with the client’s spreadsheet.
Respond to HR/payroll inquiries from employees and the client.
Perform general HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
2+ years of payroll or HR operations experience (outsourcing preferred).
Strong skills in Excel and payroll systems.
Hard‑working, careful, honest, and detail‑oriented.
Good communication and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Contract Details
Duration: 7 months
Working days: Mon to Fri
Start date: ASAP
