Job Responsibilities
Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and organized Project Recruiter to support one of our key clients in the tech manufacturing sector. This role will coordinate recruitment requests directly from the client, help onboard associates across various roles, and serve as the main contact point for associate inquiries around payroll and general HR matters.
Key Responsibilites
- Partner closely with the client to receive and manage ongoing recruitment needs
- Coordinate and execute hiring efforts for a range of positions, as requested by client
- Provide onsite support 1–2 days per week to facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication
- Serve as the liaison between associates and payroll/HR teams, ensuring smooth query resolution
- Track and report recruitment progress and associate engagement updates regularly
Experience requirements
- Excellent in Excel and Payroll Software Microsoft Office;
- 2–3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in fast-paced or client-facing environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Good command of English or Chinese (preferred)
Self-driven, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
