Adecco Hong Kong is looking for a Head of Sales to lead the sales team and accelerate the growth of the business.Reporting to the Country Head, this newly created role will be part of our Senior Leadership team and will drive the sales strategic direction of the company.This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, passionate and customer-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced and highly-performance driven environment.If you are the one, we will love to speak to you today!

What you will be doing?

  • Work closely with the head of each business line to develop the relevant sales strategy to accelerate the growth of sales in all business lines.
  • Define and execute Sales Strategies. Set goals for the team to achieve sales targets in all business lines (Perm, Staffing, Outsourcing and Talent Solutions)
  • Ensure rigor in the management of large and Corporate accounts as well as small to medium enterprises to drive sales growth, increase market penetration and internal and external stakeholder engagement
  • Maintain SME (small to medium enterprises) sales growth in order to increase market penetration for Adecco business lines alongside the relevant Director.
  • Leverage against the existing strengths to win new opportunities with local leading companies, institutions, government as well as our existing local and international client base.
  • Develop a regular business relationship among our different brands (from ecosystem concept to billable reality)
  • Develop strategies to effectively compete in the marketplace and enhance sales performance.
  • Organize regular client events and actively network with Govt and HR related bodies
  • Unify and develop a highly engaged sales team to achieve activity targets and The Adecco Group financial goals.
  • Ensure quantitative activity KPIs are delivered by the sales team in order to ensure continued growth of the sales of the business
  • Ensure our front-end tool is well adopted within the team.This includes the disciplined management of the Sales Pipeline, in addition to the tracking (‘Transformation’) of a given opportunities full potential
  • Ensure the implementation of sales onboarding and training as developed by our Global & Regional Team

Who we are looking for?

  • Out of the box thinker.Outgoing and willing to communicate and interact with clients on a daily basis
  • Highly Energetic, persuasive, well organized and able to demonstrate the ability to sell
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a sales function, with at least 4 years in a management capacity (leading salespeople)
  • Direct Asia/ Hong Kong experience is preferred
  • B2B sales experience is required.Experience in the recruitment industry is highly preferred or a related fast paced sector which is solutions orientated and consultative.
  • Solution selling skills and able to create complex multi-faceted deals from bid receipt, to solution crafting, to pricing, presentation, negotiation and close
  • Organizational ability to set targets and follow-up
  • Strategic ability to analyze data and put in place clear goals and real action items to effect change
  • Leadership ability to manage, motivate and empower sales individuals to give their best efforts
  • Train, coach and mentor team members (and the wider operations team) to help them grow professionally
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to successfully engage with all stakeholder groups
  • Minimum Degree Qualification
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, proficient in Mandarin is also preferred
