The Opportunity
We are seeking a manager with a strong background in social work, HR, or ESG/CSR to lead our community inclusion initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and is passionate about creating employment pathways for underserved communities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of project executives delivering community employment initiatives
Design and implement scalable programs focused on job readiness, upskilling, and placement for underprivileged groups.
Drive stakeholder engagement with local organizations, businesses, and community leaders to align efforts with real-world needs.
Drive project success through outcome-based funding and streamlined workflow frameworks that boost efficiency and impact.
Thrive in a dynamic environment by demonstrating exceptional endurance, diligence, and adaptability in balancing the needs of stakeholders.
Monitor and report on project KPIs, impact metrics, and business alignment.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Resources, Community Development, or related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in HR, CSR, ESG, or talent engagement.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
Strong understanding of employment challenges faced by marginalized communities.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Experience in headhunting, HRBP, or TA is a plus.
Passionate about social impact with a business mindset.
