2600008GWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to manage and oversee operations across Kerala. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry, strong team management skills, and a willingness to travel extensively.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and lead a team deployed across various locations in Kerala
•Ensure effective coordination, performance tracking, and team productivity
•Travel across the state (minimum 2 days per week) to monitor operations and support field teams
•Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients
•Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards
•Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for management review
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•5–9 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry
•Proven experience in team handling and field operations
•Willingness to travel frequently within Kerala
•Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Email communication)
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Fluency in local language (Malayalam) and English
