Who we are
Imagine what even the world’s most exceptional organizations could achieve if all their employees were coached to be their absolute best.
At EZRA, we’re on a mission to do just that. We believe that through professional coaching, people get to know themselves and their goals, weaknesses and hang-ups. And once they know all that, they can build on the good stuff and work on the rest.
This mindset applies not only to our clients but is manifested in our own EZRA family. We believe a happy team is a productive team. We want our people to care about and be proud of what they do.

The Role
We have two excellent opportunities for graduate business/organisational/I-O psychologists to join EZRA in our innovation labs! Both roles will be aligned to our client-facing applied insights stream.
What you’ll do:
As an Assistant I/O Psychologist you will be part of EZRA Labs, a growing center of excellence at the heart of EZRA. Our mission is to design propositions and solutions backed by science that create positive behavioral change and lead to organizational impact. As a team of versatile experts, we are organized around three distinct practices: Science, Solutions and Strategy.
In this role, you will report into the Principal I/O Psychologist. You will support our team of I/O Psychologists and our Solutions team to design and execute assessment and measurement strategies for clients.
Your key responsibilities will be:
  • Support the I/O Psychology and Solutions teams to design and execute assessment and measurement strategies for clients to demonstrate the impact and ROI of Coaching
  • Conduct data analysis and present findings using data visualisation and data storytelling techniques
  • Support the I/O Psychology team to develop and maintain data and insights assets, e.g., benchmarks, data visualisations
About you
  • You find psychology, behavioral, and data science fascinating! We blend these and other applied sciences together to enhance the EZRA coaching experience.
  • You have completed a graduate education in applied psychology (e.g., Business/Industrial-Organizational/Social Psychology) or a similar discipline of social science.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, ideally in an Applied Psychology role, is desirable but not essential.
  • You have education in psychometrics, statistics, and data storytelling. Some applied work experience in these areas is desirable.
  • You are comfortable working with common statistical methods (e.g., correlational analyses, ANOVA’s, regression modelling), using software such as SPSS or ‘R’ to analyse data alongside common software tools such as Microsoft Excel, and translating complex statistics into compelling narratives and data visualizations
What we offer:
  • Your own world class coach
  • Friends and family coaching
  • 2 weeks work from anywhere
  • Charity days
  • Learning and Development Budget
  • Weekly wellbeing hour
  • Regional benefits package
