Solutions Lead CT UK & I

The primary responsibilities of the Solutions Lead CT UK & I are to ensure connectivity between the UK & Ireland Sales and Delivery teams by providing solution and thought leadership leading to an increase in revenue and quality Career Transition and Mobility solutions.

As a subject matter expert, help sales sell a suite of solutions including career coaching, digital portals, assessments, and facilitated workshops enabling clients to expertly and compassionately exit or redeploy transitioning employees. Additionally, consulting client leadership on managing effective redundancy programmes within their companies and bring insight and client information back to the Delivery team, thereby evolving to meet client needs.

In addition to Career Transition, support the emerging Career Development/Mobility practice by supporting special projects and ensuring best practices from Career Transition is brought to the Career Development/Mobility offering.

  • Travel to client sites around UK&I, possible travel to international meetings of experts

In this role you can expect to

Key Accountabilities

  • As a Subject Matter Expert, support bids and proposals focused on the delivery of CT&M products and services
  • Collaborate with the Sales team at opportunity stage to create solutions aligning with quality delivery, especially when the delivery differs from the standard suite of CT products
  • Attend client presentations and implementation meetings as a subject matter expert
  • Assist sales in moving an opportunity through to win pending
  • Support with the development of collateral to inform client conversations, bids, proposals and training for Sales team.
  • Assist Head of Solutions with development of on-site services including upskilling of Sales team

  • Deliver sales training and help to manage sales events
  • Liaise with Delivery team to share insights from clients and collaborate to design and refine service offering.
  • Support the Sales team with preparation and delivery of discovery meetings, APRs, QBR’s and proposals
  • Work with Head of Solutions to prioritise development of new solutions which reflect market trends and client requirements
  • Stay current on competitor landscape, market trends, risks and share information with the sales team to help maintain and grow our offering
