At Adecco, we are proud to partner with the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) in providing critical recruitment services for the UK’s Armed Forces. This new approach will, for the first time, see the Royal Navy, the British Army, and the Royal Air Force have a joint Armed Forces Recruitment Service (AFRS). Delivered through a partnership of the MOD, Serco, Adecco and a consortium of partners, this service will provide end-to-end support from candidate attraction to assessment, onboarding, and Phase 1 training.

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Training Lead to design, implement, and oversee training programmes that enhance colleague capability and support client delivery. Working closely with our central Learning & Development team and partner organisations, you will ensure best practice and consistency across the contract.

What you’ll be doing

· Partner with consortium members to design and deliver training programmes.

· Conduct learning needs analysis and align interventions with business priorities.

· Deliver engaging training sessions using in-person, virtual, and blended approaches.

· Manage apprenticeship programmes and maintain compliance.

· Administer LXP platforms and maintain accurate learning records.

· Contribute to L&D strategy and drive continuous improvement.

· Demonstrate an understanding of diverse learning styles and ensure all training programmes are accessible and inclusive for all.

About you

· Strategic L&D experience with the ability to influence and execute plans.

· Strong facilitation and training delivery skills.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

· Advanced IT skills and experience with digital learning platforms.

· Knowledge of recruitment industry best practice.

· Preferred experience working in a MOD environment.
