About the role

As the Global ITD Program Lead – Business Performance Analytics, you are accountable for the successful execution of the Business Performance Analytics strategic program. This initiative aims to streamline and optimize Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities by reducing report proliferation, rationalizing the technology landscape, and improving operational efficiency.

You will ensure the successful delivery of the program—aligning with The Adecco Group’s ITD strategy—by overseeing scope, budget, plan, value realization, and quality standards.

This role requires close collaboration with Business (Global Business Units, Enabling Functions, and Markets) and ITD, as well as extensive stakeholder management, effective communication, and governance oversight to drive transformation.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the Business Performance Analytics program, ensuring alignment with the company’s Data & Analytics strategy and operational efficiency goals.
  • Reduce redundancy by consolidating BI reporting, standardizing toolsets, and streamlining technology usage.
  • Work on rebalancing resources between onshore and offshore teams, and rationalizing roles between ITD and Business to eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Execute the program with the support of relevant PMs, Sponsors, and Steering Committees.
  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure program objectives are met efficiently and in compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Develop and implement change management and adoption strategies to drive business buy-in and ensure successful implementation.
  • Manage financial and human capital resources effectively, ensuring budget and resource allocation align with strategic priorities.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, escalating when necessary.
  • Drive transparent reporting of program progress, issues, and resolutions to key stakeholders, including the Steering Committee and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure program documentation complies with our Program Management Framework (PMF) and best practices.
  • Foster collaboration between Business, ITD Teams, and External Partners to drive program success.
  • Escalate critical matters when necessary to maintain strategic alignment and ensure successful outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
  • Reduce complexity and enhance efficiency within Business Performance Analytics by rationalizing BI tools, consolidating reports, and centralizing governance.
  • Work closely with Data & Analytics teams to drive the shift towards a standardized and scalable BI environment.
  • Oversee the transition of resources to a more optimized model, ensuring the right balance between onshore, offshore, and business-embedded roles.
  • Align with Finance to maintain accurate planning and budgeting, ensuring cost efficiency in BI operations.
  • Ensure data governance, security, and compliance are embedded within the BI transformation process.
  • Act as a key liaison between business and ITD, ensuring stakeholders are engaged and aligned on key program initiatives.
  • Champion continuous improvement and innovation within Business Performance Analytics, leveraging automation, AI-driven insights, and self-service analytics.
  • Deliver against the Global ITD Strategy, ensuring BI capabilities support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
