The Recruitment Coordinator Lead supervises the work of two or more full-time employees with a focus on meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations as identified by Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring a positive and efficient experience for prospective candidates.
What you’ll be doing- Supervises employees and assists with making personal and professional development decisions.
- Collaborates with vendors and clients to ensure smooth cooperation.
- Identifies performance goals, analyzes performance metrics and assesses team member performance.
- Serves as the first point of contact for employee relations issues and escalates to management as necessary.
- Oversees adherence to standard operating procedures and best practices and ensures compliance, process and quality consistency.
- Initiates requisitions and/or assists with facilitating appropriate approvals for requisitions.
- Oversees the coordination of the distribution of new hire informational packets.
- Oversees and/or audits the maintenance of candidate files to ensure required records are completed and entered into the appropriate electronic systems.
- Oversees the administration of or administers pre-employment activities.
- Identifies areas of potential optimization, makes recommendations, and assists with developing and implementing solutions.
- A minimum of five (5) years of related administrative support experience.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Fluent level of English.
- Experience utilizing Vendor Management System (VMS) - is nice to have.
- Skilled in preparing clear and concise documents, including, but not limited to reports, correspondences, and other written materials.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
