About the role

The Recruitment Coordinator Lead supervises the work of two or more full-time employees with a focus on meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations as identified by Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring a positive and efficient experience for prospective candidates.

What you’ll be doing
  • Supervises employees and assists with making personal and professional development decisions.
  • Collaborates with vendors and clients to ensure smooth cooperation.
  • Identifies performance goals, analyzes performance metrics and assesses team member performance.
  • Serves as the first point of contact for employee relations issues and escalates to management as necessary.
  • Oversees adherence to standard operating procedures and best practices and ensures compliance, process and quality consistency.
  • Initiates requisitions and/or assists with facilitating appropriate approvals for requisitions.
  • Oversees the coordination of the distribution of new hire informational packets.
  • Oversees and/or audits the maintenance of candidate files to ensure required records are completed and entered into the appropriate electronic systems.
  • Oversees the administration of or administers pre-employment activities.
  • Identifies areas of potential optimization, makes recommendations, and assists with developing and implementing solutions.
About you
  • A minimum of five (5) years of related administrative support experience.
  • Previous leadership experience.
  • Fluent level of English.
  • Experience utilizing Vendor Management System (VMS) - is nice to have.
  • Skilled in preparing clear and concise documents, including, but not limited to reports, correspondences, and other written materials.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
