About the role

The Recruitment Coordinator provides front-line customer service to internal team members, clients, vendors and users for the various supported Vendor Management Software (VMS).

Responsible for communicating ongoing issues through the appropriate escalation process and providing timely feedback and responses to the end users.

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage contractor onboarding and requisition processes using VMS systems.
  • Respond to inquiries related to invoicing, timesheets, visa letters, and reporting.
  • Send reminders for missing timesheets, assignments.
  • Handle furlough tracking and exception approval process.
  • Create and maintains electronic records and fields in support of the requisition entry set up.
  • Interact and coordinates with the Program Managers and Advisory Consultants frequently to communicate questions and receive updates.
  • Create visa letters for contractors.
  • Uses customized and standardized situational responses and processes to resolve customer issues.
  • Escalate issues according to standard escalation process.
  • Maintain and continually increases knowledge of supported software solutions.
  • Assist with training of peers.
About you
  • (1) to three (3) years of experience in a customer service environment or equivalent.
  • Fluent level of English (C1),
  • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships through strong customer service skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
