The Application Manager role is focused on ensuring that outsourced support services are delivered according to contract SLAs and KPIs, in full compliance with Adecco's ITIL processes, security standards, and Internal Audit policies.
- Under the supervision of the Solution Support Domain Head, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the relationship with Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) suppliers for incident, problem, and service request management.
- Ensure supplier performance by holding regular meetings to make sure they meet their contractual obligations (SLA, KPI).
- Provide the supplier with recommendations for improvements as part of the CSI process and share their recommendations.
- Use the Adecco catalogue of applications to meet business needs effectively.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of IT operational processes and procedures.
- Ensure that the supplier provides all the necessary documentation and evidence related to support and maintenance activities in line with Security and Internal Audit policies.
- Ensure that the release management process from suppliers is smooth and compliant.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
- Be the main contact for IT Business representatives in case of questions or issues related to maintenance and support.
- Conduct regular quality control reviews and alignment meetings with suppliers to accurately report on ongoing work.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, security and compliance controls, and leverage suppliers wherever possible.
- Contribute to license control and billing-related matters.
- Be the first point of escalation for issues or questions about the quality of service.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related position.
- Strong technology awareness and solution-related technology awareness.
- University degree, preferably in a technical subject, or comparable education.
- ITIL v3 or v4 certification.
- Willingness to travel (20-50%)
