EEMENA00985The mission of the Integration Application Manager is to ensure that all outsourced support services for integration platforms and related applications are delivered in line with contractual SLAs and KPIs, and fully comply with Adecco’s ITIL processes, Security standards, and Internal Audit policies. The role is responsible for overseeing the operational performance of integration services, ensuring system reliability, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and driving continuous improvement across all integration-related support activities.
What you’ll be doing- Under the supervision of Head of Digital and Web Platfroms, manage and coordinate relationship with Integration suppliers for incident, problem, and service request management
- Secure supplier performance through regular meetings to ensure their contractual obligations are met (SLA, KPI)
- As part of CSI process, provide the supplier with recommendations for improvements and share recommendations coming from supplier
- Leverage Adecco catalogue of applications to provide best response to business needs
- Own deep knowledge of IT operational processes and procedures
- Ensure supplier is providing all expected documents and evidences related to support and maintenance activities in conformance with Security and Internal Audit policies
- Ensure smooth and compliant release management process from suppliers
- Work in close collaboration with stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities
- Be the touchpoint for IT Business representatives in case of questions / issues relating maintenance and support
- Ensure regular quality control reviews, alignment meetings are taking place with supplier to produce accurate status on ongoing work
- Coordinate internal and external audits, security and compliance controls, leveraging suppliers wherever possible
- Contribute to license control and billing-related matters
- Be the first escalation point of issues / questions about the quality of service
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related position
- Good technology awareness
- Good solution-related technology awareness
- Experienced in working in a busy, user-facing support environment, covering multiple Middleware, Middle-Office, and Back-Office systems.
- Good to have knowledge or understanding of Integration platforms (B2B or A2A) i.e. Informatica, APIM, API Web ASP.NET, REST APIs, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, WebLogic, Azure, JBoss, TIBCO.
- University Degree preferably in a technical subject or any comparable education.
- ITIL v3 or V4 certification.
- Occasional traveling up to 20%.
