At The Adecco Group, we manage critical IT infrastructures and are looking to enhance our team with an experienced Service Manager specializing in operational continuity.
As an IT Infrastructure Continuity Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and continuously improving the continuity of our datacenter's IT infrastructure against natural disasters, cyber security threats and other site wide outages.
This covers a range of Hosting models from OnPrem DataCenters to Public Cloud and Saas solutions.
What you’ll be doing- Accountable for developing, implementing, and optimizing backup and data recovery systems.
- Create and maintain an End 2 End Design of the underlying technical infrastructure supporting our Business Services and Applications Continuity Plans.
- Create and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure rapid and effective service restoration in case of incidents.
- Supervise the service delivered by our partners to ensure that backup and restoration processes are followed and functioning correctly and in line with Adecco Group Internal Policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular tests of disaster recovery procedures to validate their effectiveness.
- Analyze and resolve outages related to IT infrastructure while taking preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Manage vendors and partners to ensure service availability and performance.
- Significant experience in managing IT infrastructure continuity.
- In-depth knowledge of backup and data recovery systems.
- Experience in developing and implementing Service Continuity Plan
- Experience in performing Table Top Exercises and technical tests
- Experience in implementing Immutable and Air gapped backup environments.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities
- Experience with Backup technologies (Commvault, Rubrik, Veeam, Ownbackup)
- Knowledge of SalesForce and ServiceNow technologies
- Familiarity with multinational, multicultural environments.
- Excellent understanding of Windows server and RedHat Linux OS, Oracle and MS SQL DBs ; knowledge of AS/400, AIX, Skytap and Exadata are a plus
- Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Knowledge of ITIL foundation v3 or v4
- Knowledge of ISO 22301 is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Regular travel (20–50%) is expected.
