About the role

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines. This role requires strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to ensure successful project outcomes. The Project Manager coordinates cross-functional teams, manages risks and issues, and ensures projects align with business objectives and organizational standards.

What you’ll be doing
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage project execution, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders.
  • Provide regular project updates, dashboards, and reports to leadership and teams.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication across all parties.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts when necessary.
  • Identify, assess, and document project risks and issues.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Escalate critical risks or issues to leadership when required.
  • Maintain a risk register and ensure proactive management.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams to deliver outcomes.
  • Provide guidance, motivation, and support to team members.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure accountability for deliverables.
About you
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in project management or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, Smartsheet).
  • Proven ability to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Experience with transformation projects.
  • Experience with full project life cycle (starting projects from the scratch, working with though timelines, setting of processes etc.)
  • Fluent English
