About the role

We are looking for a ITD Senior Project Manager responsible to coordinate, plan and deliver the Industrialized Delivery Program in Several Markets.  This role is responsible for leading a complex, high-impact project across different functions and geographies, ensuring that the IDP is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires extensive project management expertise, technology savviness, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

What you’ll be doing
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.
  • Be able to Drive technical complex discussions with different teams, understanding the problem and the technology behind and being able to actively participate in the dynamics.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets.
  • Manage day-to-day project execution, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.
  • Serve as the primary contact for project stakeholders, ensuring alignment of expectations.
  • Facilitate steering committee and stakeholder meetings to provide project updates and address concerns.
  • Manage communication across multiple departments and ensure transparency in reporting.
  • Translate complex project details into clear, concise updates for senior leadership.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Develop contingency and escalation plans for critical issues.
  • Ensure risk logs and issue registers are actively maintained and communicated.
  • Be able to drive complex technical troubleshooting with the support of the tech teams but with understanding of the problem and leadership to arrive to the solution.
  • Drive post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and best practices.
About you
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex IT projects.
  • Strong experience in SW Delivery projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, PRINCE2, PMI standards).
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong technical skills, preferably with tech roles experience in the past.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet)
  • Experience working in cross-border, global, or matrix organizations.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
