About the role

As IT Security, Risk & Compliance Officer, you will support the Head of IT Security, Risk and Compliance with ensuring the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of the Akkodis Group Information Assets within the scope of Akkodis GDCs (Global Delivery Center): Bulgaria, Romania, Morocco, India, Czech Republic.


You will support the business for ensuring that appropriate security is embedded in all
Information Technology services, processes and systems in the scope, contribute to their implementation and their continuous improvement.


This includes ensuring that IT security issues and risks in operations and projects are assessed and mitigated cost-effectively per the business and customer requirements and Akkodis IT Security policy framework.

Your scope of responsibilities will focus on Akkodis GDCs (Global Delivery Center): which consists of multiple countries such as Bulgaria, Romania, Morocco, India, Czech Republic, primarily supporting the dedicated IT Security, Risk and Compliance team.

What You'll Be Doing

Main tasks include specifically:
• Support the Akkodis IT Security, Risk and Compliance Manager in
implementing the Group Information Security Strategy.
• Communicating and publicising the Group IT Policy & Control framework
and ensuring risk assessments are carried out timely and in line with
established procedures.
• Review customer requirements to ensure alignment with the IT Security
posture and define relevant action plans to meet acceptable demands.
• Liaise with the customer’s IT security department when needed
• Support the business by answering RFPs/RFIs.
• Perform business impact assessments on projects and technology
onboarding, defining appropriate security requirements and monitoring
adequate implementation.
• Review IT security contractual clauses with customers and suppliers.
• Answer customer IT security questionnaires and due diligence. Support customer IT security audits.
• Perform IT security supplier assessments.
• Liaise with other assurance functions (internal and external auditors),
coordinating security audits and ensuring remediation plans are defined
and implemented in line with agreed dates.
• Assess current levels of risks within the scope on an ongoing basis.
Ensure the identified security risks are managed through their life cycle
and provide visibility to Management.
• Provide concise, relevant and informative reports to the IT Security, Risk
and Compliance Manager and main stakeholders on the security status
and risks within the scope.
• Ensure Group Information Security Awareness Initiatives and end-user
training are deployed, including customer training when appropriate

About You

Required Skills

• A solid grounding in IT fundamentals (web applications, databases,
operating systems and networks).
• Deep understanding of security concepts, issues and practices related to
operating systems, databases, networking, virtualisation and web
applications.
• Capacity to examine security holistically, including threat modelling,
specifications, implementation, testing and vulnerability assessment.
• Deep understanding of common Information Security concepts
(OWASP, IAM, SIEM, DLP, etc.)

Required Experience

• 5-7 years overall experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within a global
organisation
• Any relevant Information Security certifications

Required Education

• MSc in IT or IT Security preferred
