About the role

The Adecco Group ITD manages a portfolio of IT programs aimed at enabling the business strategy of Global Functions, Global Business Units, and markets through technology.

The Reporting & Analysis manager plays a critical role in delivering trusted, insightful, and action-oriented reporting that supports strategic decision-making across the ITD portfolio. This role combines strong data literacy, leadership, and strategic thinking to enable transparency, performance tracking, and value realization through fit-for-purpose reporting solutions.

The role will focus on evolving portfolio reporting capabilities and KPIs, supporting the Head of Governance and Reporting in creating a data-driven culture and enabling continuous improvement through reporting excellence.

What you’ll be doing
  • Establish and maintain robust reporting standards, performance metrics, and KPIs in line with the overarching ITD Governance and Reporting framework.
  • Lead the design, development, and automation of dashboards and reporting solutions (e.g., Power BI, Excel), ensuring consistency, data quality, and business relevance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to PMOs and key stakeholders by delivering actionable insights, trend analyses, and performance evaluations across the portfolio.
  • Own the full lifecycle of reporting deliverables—from data validation and consolidation to final analysis and presentation.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and governance forums through rigorous validation protocols.
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, tools, and analytics capabilities in close collaboration with Finance and broader ITD stakeholders.

About you
  • 6+ years of Global PMO experience and/or IT Project Portfolio experience, ideally in a large multi-national company.
  • Experience in executive management presentations and working across all levels of the organization specifically on Project Portfolio reporting.
  • Experience in conducting company-wide Global trainings.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Exposure and understanding of project and program methodologies, planning, and PM best practices.
  • Ability to operate within a highly matrixed organization with conflicting priorities.
  • Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Power BI, Tableau, or relevant BI certifications are an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (Expert level), with additional European language a plus.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (Expert level), with additional European language a plus.
