About the role

The AI & Agentic Innovation – Project Manager will coordinate across the various agentic pilots developed by the Incubation Team and support the transition from the incubation phase to the scaling phase. This role involves overseeing the delivery of multiple pilots, structuring learnings and outcomes into an agentic development framework, and ensuring a smooth transition to scaling. It includes close collaboration with business and digital SMEs, functions across GBUs, markets, and external innovation partners.

What you’ll be doing
  • Oversee the execution of agent incubation pilots across GBUs and markets, from ideation to implementation. Create a consolidated view of ongoing initiatives and facilitate timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Consolidate insights, best practices, and learnings across pilots. Maintain comprehensive documentation of outcomes to inform a reusable agent development framework.
  • The expected deliverable is an agent template for each pilot, including functional scope, business value, user experiences, business case, technical prerequisites and potential customizations, change management, legal, security, and responsible AI considerations.
  • Ensure effective knowledge sharing across GBUs and markets, between pilots, and with the scaling team.
  • Educate stakeholders and ITD teams on emerging AI and agentic technologies, innovation methodologies, and their potential impact on business, fostering a culture of experimentation and adoption while managing expectations.
  • Collaborate with business and digital SMEs and ITD across business units, countries, and functions to collect use cases, identify AI capabilities, share updates, and communicate learnings from the Incubation Team’s roadmap. Participate in Responsible AI governance related to agentic systems.
  • Coordinate with external innovation partners to leverage their expertise and resources in developing cutting-edge solutions.
About you
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Knowledge or familiarity with innovation management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Proven experience in Innovation, developing PoCs and experimenting with new technologies, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and agentic systems is appreciated.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Expertise in assessing the value and impact of innovation opportunities, including cost-benefit analysis and scalability potential.
