About the role

As Controller for the respective IT Tower, you will drive the overall financial productivity through strong business analytics and oversee the essential financial operations of the Pillar. You will lead the end-to-end business controlling of your area in close collaboration with the Budget Owners. You will drive the control environment consistent with Adecco policy and ensure accurate and transparent financial reporting. The position reports directly to the Senior Finance Manager of the Central IT Functions.

What you’ll be doing
  • Financial planning: develop and steer the budgeting process with the IT Leads.
  • Analyse detailed monthly actual spending and its variances to budget and forecast.
  • Steer quarterly update of financial forecast.
  • Prepare monthly reporting and quarterly forecast package for Senior Management.
  • End-to-end ownership of financial controlling and reporting in close collaboration with Controlling and Accounting.
  • Partner with the IT lead(s) and continuously improve the collaboration and transparency.
  • Oversee proper execution of business and financial processes within the Tower, in line with the Group’s control environment.
  • Contribute to a high performing IT Finance organization through sharing best practices and training.
  • Ensure the transparency, correctness, proper allocation and integrity of I/C transactions.
  • Ensure budget adherence and effective financial decision making.
About you
  • 3-5 years of experience in controlling.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting or MBA.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English.
