Reports To: Global HR Transformation Lead / Program Director

We are seeking an experienced Global Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals module across multiple regions. This role is pivotal in driving a successful global rollout of the performance management solution, aligned with the organization’s talent strategy and business objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, expertise in HR technology, and experience navigating complex global environments.

What you’ll be doing

Project Leadership & Execution:

  • Lead the global implementation of SuccessFactors Performance & Goals module, from design through deployment and stabilization.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with global HR transformation strategy.
  • Oversee regional deployments and ensure adherence to global design while accommodating local compliance and business needs.

Stakeholder & Change Management:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between HR, IT, regional HR teams, business stakeholders, and external implementation partners.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather requirements, align expectations, and drive decisions.
  • Partner with Change Management and Communications teams to ensure user readiness and adoption.

Governance & Risk Management:

  • Establish and manage project governance, status reporting, issue tracking, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Maintain high visibility with executive stakeholders and lead steering committee updates.

Technical & Functional Oversight:

  • Work closely with system integrators and internal IT to configure and test the SuccessFactors solution.
  • Ensure system design aligns with business processes, performance philosophies, and user experience goals.

Coordinate UAT, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.

About you

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in HR project management, with specific experience in Performance Management implementations.
  • Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals module (implementation and/or optimization).
  • PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Experience managing large, global, cross-functional project teams and third-party vendors.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work across time zones and in a highly matrixed, multicultural environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience integrating SuccessFactors with enabling platforms (e.g., LMS, Compensation, Analytics).
  • Strong understanding of performance management frameworks, goal-setting, and talent calibration processes.
  • Familiarity with testing, training, and post-go-live support models in cloud HR systems.
