You will join forces with talented professionals in the Finance and HR area to shape the future of work @ the Adecco Group by providing in-house services and improving operational & financial excellence. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and talented professional to join our team in the position of Procure-to-Pay Accountant with French & English.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process invoices in an accurate and efficient manner according to company policies.
- Support with processing invoices through both workflow systems and financial applications.
- Perform matching of invoices to POs on the system.
- Manage non-purchase order invoice images to appropriate associates for approval.
- Verify completeness, accuracy, and ensure proper backup and necessary approvals for AP invoices prior to posting.
- Check and verify supplier documentation to ensure compliance with legal tax requirements.
- Perform payment runs, investigate and correct payment rejections, and support the Treasury function.
- Review Employee expense reports per corporate accounting guidelines and local statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with various departments and maintain records for account payables.
- Collaborate with suppliers and resolve all issues and disputes for your portfolio.
- Prioritize invoices and payments according to vendor terms while ensuring timely payments are made and process urgent requests as required.
- Support period-end processes and reporting.
- Participate in related projects (e.g., automating or robotizing activities).
- Take initiative in optimizing processes.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, MBA, or related field is a great plus.
- 1+ years of experience in Accounting / Accounts Payable / Billing.
- Knowledge of US GAAP/ IFRS is a plus
- Fluent French (B2+).
- Fluent English (B1-B2).
