We are currently looking for a highly motivated and talented professional to join our team in the position of Record-to-Report (R2R) Accountant with English.

The colleague in the role of Record-to-Report (R2R) Accountant will be responsible for maintaining complete and accurate financial records, preparing journal entries, reconciling data between financial systems, and supporting accounting and period-end close processes, including fixed asset accounting activities (A2R - Acquire to Retire).

Your Responsibilities:

• Recording journal entries;

• Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances;

• Performing period-end cut-off procedures in the sub-ledgers;

• Performing general ledger account reconciliations;

• Supporting the processing and reconciliation of intercompany transactions;

• Identifying, researching, and resolving discrepancies;

• Performing period-end accruals;

• Supporting period-end processes and reporting activities;

• Performing data validation checks to ensure the completeness and accuracy of system interfaces;

• Liaising with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and local finance teams;

• Building strong relationships with local teams and the broader Adecco organization to support business needs;

• Participating in related projects and initiatives;

• Taking initiative in optimizing and improving processes.

Your Profile:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in international accounting;

• Practical experience with US GAAP and/or IFRS is required;

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;

• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to understand the big picture while maintaining attention to detail;

• Good understanding of business operations and their impact on accounting activities;

• Team-oriented, proactive, open-minded, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a multicultural environment;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
