We are currently looking for highly motivated and talented professionals to join our team in the position of RECORD TO REPORT ACCOUNTANT - SENIOR OR REGULAR.
Job duties include maintaining complete and accurate record-keeping, preparing journal entries, reconciling data between financial systems and overall support of accounting and period end close processes, including assets management (A2R - Acquire to Retire).
Your Responsibilities:
• Recording journal entries
• Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances
• Performing period end cut-off procedures in the sub-ledgers
• Performing general ledger account reconciliations
• Support in processing and reconciling intercompany transactions
• Identifying, researching and resolving discrepancies
• Perform period end accruals
• Support period end process and reporting
• Performing data validations to ensure completeness and accuracy of system interfaces
• Liaise with account receivables, account payables and local teams
• Build strong relationship with local team and broader Adecco organization to support the business
• Participate in related projects
• Take initiative in optimizing processes
Your Profile:
• At least 2-3 years of experience in INTERNATIONAL Accounting
• US GAAP and Billing Experience is preferred
• Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting or MBA
• Expert level of English language
• Strong ability to collaborate, sees big picture and can drill into the detail
• Understands the business and how activities are impacted
• Team player, proactive, open minded, excellent listening skills and able to adapt to different cultures
