We are currently looking for highly motivated and talented professional to join our team in the position of Submission and Closing Support Analyst.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support month-end close and budgeting cycles processes
  • Run monthly system re-alignment process between Management Reporting and Consolidation system in a timely and smoothly manner
  • Run month-end close controls
  • Execute the set-up and monitoring of Organic, FX and other system related calculations
  • Help the direct manager in collecting stakeholder inputs related to new data collection requirements and works on their implementation
  • Contribute simplifying and automating existing month-end close processes
  • Help in resolving any issue with relevant stakeholders
  • Own execution of process tasks and controls related to data load into the Global Reporting and Planning System
  • Influence month-end/forecast/Flash and Budget process governance 

Your Profile:

  • Education - Bachelor in Information science or related - Financial Planning & Analysis Finance field
  • Language Skills - Fluent English
  • Tools - Strong Excel Skills, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Energetic personality that will commit in timely running process tasks and promptly align with direct manager and any relevant stakeholder
  • Proactively proposing effective changes to both processes and solution for the month-end close/forecast/budget cycles among all stakeholder groups
  • Ability to stick to agreed timelines while ensuring high-quality delivery
  • Understanding of systems, data, processes and communications are a plus
