Reporting to the VP of HR, ANZ, the Human Resources Business Partner acts as the focal point for HR services across Adecco Australia and supports LHH Australia in conjunction with Adecco. The role has a strong focus on organizational design and change delivery, partnering closely with leaders to shape fit -for-purpose structures, manage workforce change, and enable business performance through practical, commercially grounded people solutions.

Key Responsibilities
•    Act as the main point of contact for people -related matters across Adecco Australia and provide support to LHH Australia in conjunction with Adecco
•    Lead organizational design activity, including reviewing structures, roles, spans and layers to align the organization to business priorities
•    Partner with leaders on initiatives, workforce planning, consultation processes and implementation of organizational change 
•    Provide expert guidance on change management and IR/ER matters, including the people impacts of transformation and business change
•    Partner with and coordinate Regional HR COEs (Reward, HR Ops, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition) to ensure effective delivery of shared HR services
•    Establish trusted and influential relationships at all levels of management, whilst acting as an employee advocate when required
•    Provide consultation and trusted advice on all HR -related matters with a strong commercial and change lens
•    Lead annual cyclical HR processes including goal setting, performance reviews, remuneration reviews and talent reviews/succession planning
•    Promote Adecco’s culture and strategy to maximize employee engagement, wellbeing and retention through periods of change and growth
•    Provide data -led insights on organization effectiveness, hiring, promotions, turnover, retention, engagement, tenure distribution, gender, FTE and leave

•    Ensure full compliance with HR policies, procedures and local legislation, particularly in relation to consultation, change and restructuring activity
•    Lead HR projects as required, with particular focus on transformation, restructuring and organizational change initiatives

Experience
•    Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in HRM/Psychology or Human Behavior related studies
•    Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management, ideally having served as a Human Resources Business Partner in a sales or commercial environment
•    Demonstrated experience in organizational design, restructuring and change management, including supporting leaders through business transformation
•    A proven track record of business partnering with the ability to form positive working relationships and deliver outcomes
•    Experience in succession planning, annual performance reviews and broader talent processes
•    Experience in employee relations, including effectively managing underperformance, investigations, grievance management, and IR/ER case management
•    Exposure to reward, ideally remuneration reviews, bonus and STI plans, job grading and market bands
•    Excellent command of Business English, with both written and oral communication skills
•    Pro-active with a hands-on mentality and a positive attitude
•    Strong listening skills with the ability to influence internal stakeholders through change
•    Ability to prioritize work and focus on high -priority tasks in a fast -changing environment
•    Primary Business Area - Adecco Australia, LHH Australia and Corporate Functions, manager level and below

•    Timely and effective delivery of annual cyclical HR processes
•    Successful implementation of change and HR projects, with clear communication and stakeholder alignment
•    Improved organisation effectiveness through fit -for-purpose structures, role clarity, and alignment to business priorities
•    Effective delivery of restructuring initiatives, including compliant consultation, smooth implementation, and achievement of intended business outcomes
•    Positive key stakeholder feedback from business leaders, manager and peer group
