About the Role
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional who thrives on driving growth, building long-term client partnerships and leading high-performing teams. In this role, you will take ownership of developing new business opportunities while strengthening and expanding existing client relationships across the country.
You will lead from the front, delivering exceptional end-to-end permanent recruitment solutions and positioning yourself — and your team — as trusted advisors in the market. At the same time, you will play a critical role in building team capability, driving performance and creating an energised, collaborative culture where people feel motivated, supported and set up for success.
Key Accountabilities
In this role, you will:
• Drive business growth by developing new clients and growing existing client relationships nationally through the delivery of end-to-end permanent recruitment solutions
• Build trusted, strategic partnerships with clients by providing market insight, recruitment expertise and tailored workforce solutions
• Lead, coach and inspire a small team to achieve strong commercial outcomes, increased productivity and ongoing success
• Foster a high-performing, positive and collaborative team culture that supports both individual development and business growth
• Motivate and empower the team to exceed KPIs through clear goal-setting, effective performance management and strong leadership
• Identify new opportunities in the market and contribute to the continued growth and success of the permanent recruitment business
